The best way is to rent a car from Barcelona Airport (205km) or Toulouse Airport (195km). Rent a car in the same airport with Avis, Hertz or Europcar. Other possibility is by bus from this 2 airports. But is possible that the schedules doesn’t fix with the event's schedule. Some helpful websites:
