German professional snowboarder Alessandro Boyens living in Sas Fee is coming again to the biggest snowboard contest in Slovakia – Sony Ericsson Snowboard Fest ready for another victory.

Triple winner of the contest is not only the most successful rider but also faithful fan of this show. The 11th year of Sony Ericsson Snowboard Fest is going ahead again in SKI resort Drienica already this Saturday, 19 February 2011.

About 50 professional riders from seven countries of Europe will perform their snowboard tricks. Riders from Czeh republic, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Slovenia and of course Slovakia have already confirmed their attendance. Seven domestic contestants will pit their strength against the best foreign riders and definitely deserve the support of the fans.
The Saturday´s program will peak by the evening´s Finals by showy artificial lighting. The professionals will fight for the prize money 10 000 American dollars, 10 Sony Ericsson mobile phones and stylish QUIKSILVER surf!
The organizers have prepared another attraction for the fans and spectators. The interested people will have a chance to sample brand new snowboards of the upcoming season and test the best what snowboarding offers.
