The 2010 British Snow Tour kicks off in Norfolk next weekend – 11th & 12th September with the hugely anticipated British Artificial Championships. With six British Championship titles spread over two days, a fresh new competition format and National ranking system, 3 for 2 offers on competition entry and the return of the interactive ‘RIDE Quiz night’, you’re not going to want to miss out!

 

Over at Norfolk Snowsports Centre obstacles are being assembled and preparations made for the Protest Slopestyle, Giro Big Air and Trespass Snowboard/Skiercross Championships. Whilst the inspirational schools tour team, Pat Sharples, Paddy Graham, Becky Hammond and local ripper Tom Coe will be getting the local kids stoked when they drop in on two Norwich schools to invite them to come along at the weekend and have a FREE ski or snowboard lesson.

British Artificial Championship Schedule:
Saturday 11th September, Norfolk Snowsports Centre:

· 09.00 – 14.30 – Protest Freeski Slopestyle Championships
· 12.00 – 18.30 – Protest Snowboard Slopestyle Championships
· 10.00 – 18.00 – Ski & Snowboard demo-testing
· 14.00 – 17.00 – FREE Beginner Ski & Snowboard Lessons
· 20.00 – The Great Fat RIDE Quiz (Norfolk Club House)

Sunday 12th September, Norfolk Snowsports Centre:
• 10.00 – 13.30 – Trespass Snowboardcross Championships
• 10.00 – 13.00 – Giro Freeski Big Air Championships
• 14.00 – 18.30 – Trespass Skiercross Championships
• 14.00 – 17.45 – Giro Snowboard Big Air Championships
• 10.00 – 16.00 – Ski & Snowboard demo-testing
• 14.00 – 17.00 – FREE Beginner Ski & Snowboard Lessons
