New International Competitive Guidelines

WSF has published its new International Youth Competitive Guidelines 2024–25, presenting a clear roadmap for the development of youth snowboarding worldwide. The document defines the athlete pathway, event pipeline, competition management systems, and the global calendar for youth events. worldsnowboardfederation.org

It aims to support national federations, event organisers, coaches, and athletes by offering consistent standards and procedures for youth competitions. Among the key elements are:
• A structured progression from grassroots to higher-level events
• Standards for competition management and alignment with the WSF global event calendar
• Guidance on roles, responsibilities, and operational practices

These guidelines help ensure fair, transparent, and well-organised youth events that foster both sporting growth and athlete development.
