The results of the Ladies First Challenge

Last weekend Leysin (VD) welcomed the second qualifying round of the LADIES FIRST CHALLENGE (2 Stars TTR). About 20 woman skiers and snowboarders of all Europe met in the snowpark of the resort of the canton of Vaud in order to get their ticket for the final of the LFC of March 26 in Thyon (VS). Domitilla Mattei (CH) won the competition in snowboard

The judges of the second round of this Swiss tour 100% feminin in ski and snowboard “freestyle” noted the very high level of the competition. Domitilla Mattei, winner in snowboard, impressed with her 360 back melon perfectly performed on the big jump. She was joined on the podium by the British Laura Berry and the Swiss Justine Gremaud. All three obtained their ticket in order to participate in the final test of the LFC. Domitilla received also an invitation to participate in the semifinals of the NESCAFE CHAMPS OPEN (5 Stars TTR) which will take place in Leysin from February 8 to 13.

The next round of the LADIES FIRST CHALLENGE will take place on January 21 in the centre of Montreux (VD) during the MONTREUX JIB FESTIVAL. Inscriptions can already be made on the site www.ladiesfirstchallenge.ch.
