2017 GENERAL ASSEMBLIES

21st – 23rd May 2017, Verona, Italy

Dear delegates of the NSAs and WSF Friends,

The WSF board of directors invites all delegates of the National Snowboard Associations, event organizers and members of WSF to attend the 2017 General Assembly (GA).  The WSF GA  will take place together with TTR Pro Snowboarding.

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE , DEADLINE IS ON APRIL 14TH, 2017!

Date:

Sunday 21st of May to Tuesday 23rd of May 2017.

Place:

Verona, Italia

Accommodation:

The General Assembly will be held in the Hotel Catullo which offers special packages for all the participants of the General Assembly. The closest airport is Verona Villafranca Airport, just few kilometres away.

Prices: 

Single room: 75€ – including breakfast + internet at the room (1 euro per day, accommodation fee)
Double room 84€-  including breakfast + internet at the room (1 euro per day, accommodation fee)

Please note that all costs must be covered by the attendants themselves. 

Booking:

In order to make the booking process faster and secure the rooms, I kindly ask you to send me an email (anna@worldsnowboardfederation.org) with the type of room, number of people coming and day of arrival.

Deadline for room offers:

14th of April 2017. Until Friday, it is necessary to know the number of rooms needed and day of arrival.

The Program of the GA will be announced next week, but the meetings will start on Sunday, 21st May and last till Tuesday 23rd May 2017.
