WSF PRO WOMEN is an event made for women of all ages who want to connect with other female shredders in their local community and improve their riding skills while guided from a pro. Bringing together local female pro riders and resorts at their facilities opens up possibilities to host camps and clinics tailored to women and girls.

“We see this initiative as a significant step to highlight Women in Snowboarding, at the right time and with the right advocates.” comments the Education Committee of the WSF, who signs responsible for the project realization.

The WSF Pro Women 2015/16 calendar includes high profile hosts including legends Kjersti Buaas, Silvia Mittermueller, Chanelle Sladics and Chinese Shred Pro Zhu Hong.

January 9 2016: Snowboard Camp with KJERSTI BUAAS and CHANELLE SLADICS at Vassfjellet, Norway (www.prsntperformance.com)

March 25 or 26 (tbc) 2016: WSF Pro Women progression day with SILVIA MITTERMUELLER at Mayrhofen, Vans Penken Park, Austria

Germany, Norway, Austria, China, Swizterland, Canada, Croatia and Scotland all voiced their support, and as soon as Snowboard Associations and their crews have confirmed more dates and locations, they will be published.
